At the end of each month, Members are invited to join Dr. Deena and the rest of the LSS Community at a live AMA.
Each month focuses on a different learning theme and offers tools, strategies, and advice in addition to an open format Q&A between Dr. Deena and Members.

When possible, past AMA’s are recorded and shared for free in the LSS Library. -

Free trials: All of our member-only plans do not include a trial period. By selecting to opt into a subscription, you will be billed automatically and gain immediate access to our content. if you’re interested in a preview of our content, check out our free resources on awakenedlearning.ca
Payment methods:
Monthly billing: For members on a month-to-month plan, you will be billed the full amount of your current plan every 30-days from the initial sign up date.
4-month cycle billing: For members on long-term billing, you will be billed the full amount of your current plan every 12-weeks from the initial sign-up date.
Payment issues: If payment fails, you will be emailed with a request to update your payment method and information. Failure to make a payment after 10-days will result in the automatic closure of your account.
Notifications: You will receive an email with your bill whenever a new billing cycle commences, or if there is an issue with your payment.

You can cancel your subscription anytime using these steps:
Log in to your customer account.
Click Account, then click Subscriptions.
Select your subscription
If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.
Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
If you are in the middle of a billing cycle, you will still be able to access the portal for the duration of your cycle. Once the cycle ends, you will lose access to the portal until you opt into a plan type.
