How you learn is unique to you

Unlock a better quality of life inside, and outside, the classroom

Whether its a single course or an entire academic journey, learning difficulties can hurt. But they don’t have to. Partnering with a learning strategist means building a personal tool kit that fits your learning style and lifestyle, too.

What to expect

  • The primary goal in your first session is to get to know your learning strategist. Within your comfort level, you’ll be asked to share more about your learning journey, such as...

    • What the highs and lows have been?

    • What’s led you to Awakened Learning?

You'll walk away from our initial 1:1 with a few types of strategies to integrate into your learning habits right away.

  • Future sessions will look to tackle your specific and personal challenges, like how to study for an upcoming Bio test or how to start or finish that English essay.

We'll focus on both how to make it through particular hurdles and how to tackle future, similar assignments.

Sessions always include holistic approaches, ensuring we look at integrating strategies that consider your overall wellbeing. We understand how sleep, exercise, time outdoors, friendships, and community are all interrelated with school success.

  • Together, you’ll create tips, tricks, hacks, approaches, mindsets, tools, and interventions tailored to your learning experience and journey.

Our aim is for every learner to build or expand on their toolkit to include strategies that make school easier, more successful, and even delightful.

We help learners in an environment that is built on trust, safety, inclusivity, and caring.

    Find your strategist

  • We welcome every type of learner. That means that success will look different for everyone, like:

    • Less distracted in lessons or lectures.

    • Lower test or exam related stress.

    • Lower complexity for ADHD, anxiety, a medical condition, or learning diagnoses.

    • Better sleeping, eating, exercising, and work-life balance.

Whether your goals are similar or unique, our learning strategists are excited to help you shape your personal definition of success.

  • While there is no firm commitment when you sign-up for a session, we do recommend 10-12 weekly sessions as a starting point for all learners.

We suggest a semester or term’s worth of sessions to properly experience growth/change depending on your assessment needs.

Hear from our clients

  • She is putting everything she has learned from you and your team of strategists to good use. She no longer pulls all-nighters, she’s scheduling activities that she enjoys, meeting up with friends, getting enough sleep, and she’s even getting up early enough to drive herself to school! Impressive, right?

  • I do hope you see the face that I see when he is finished his sessions with you. The smile and more confidence is so overwhelming. He is so excited to talk to me about what you’ve discussed. He knows he can manage school and be a success. A little angry that he was not taught a lot of this while going through school right from the beginning but has it now and all these discussions will carry through with him all his life wherever he finds himself.
