Choose from twelve unique talks from six experienced speakers, focused on the intersection education and leadership across areas like racial diversity, neurodiversity, accessibility, justice, inclusion, community, and more.

Talks range from $1000-$1500 per hour.

  • Dr. Sterling Crowe (he/they) is a transformational educator and advocate for justice-forward practices in higher education.

    With over 15 years of experience in student affairs and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Sterling specialises in heart-centred, disruptive leadership that challenges the status quo while building strong, dynamic teams grounded in collaboration, resilience, and social justice.

  • Dana Daniels (she/her) is the founder of Blue Sky Learning, an organisation dedicated to understanding and advocating for disability justice through research, coaching, and consulting services.

    As a neuroqueer woman with lived experience of late-diagnosed ADHD, Dana's work centres on supporting individuals and families navigating our ableist society.

  • Lyn-Marie Farley (she/her), originally from Barbados, is a seasoned professional in student affairs with over ten years of leadership experience at multiple post-secondary institutions in Canada.

    In 2022, she founded Narratives Coaching and Consulting to empower others, particularly Black women, in leadership through coaching and community-building initiatives.
