Many students who are struggling academically will never receive the intervention that could help them most. That’s where learning strategies can help. Learning strategies are a neuroinclusive, evidence-based intervention that supports all learners, and in a targeted way helps those who struggle most. Through Groundwork, educators of all types can become trained and credentialed through a program built on holistic, evidence-based learning strategy practice.
Groundwork is a three-part program. In each course, registrants work to receive a new level of certification in Learning Strategies Practice.

In Growth, educators will put the pieces they have acquired in Roots and Depth together in a supervised practice.
Requires the completion of Roots and Depth courses.
Tuesdays (Live Learning) & Thursdays (Async Learning)
Weeks 1–2 — Orientation to Supervised Practice
Weeks 3–6 — Supervised Client and Student Work
Week 7 — Capstone Portfolio Development
Week 8 — Capstone Presentation and Designation
Assessment — Certified Learning Strategist Practitioner, Designation (CLSP)
Registration for this course requires an immediate down payment of $75CAD + tax, collected at checkout. Remaining payment will be collected automatically on January 12th 2027 in alignment with course start date. If you are registering anytime between January 5th - January 12th 2027, total payment is due immediately upon registration.
