Feeling stuck as you reread instructions, stare blankly, knowing you’re confused, but you can’t quite figure out what you’re confused about or what question you need to ask?

This session is about what to do when that happens. We’ll look at why uncertainty can make it so difficult to think, how to figure out what kind of “stuck” you’re dealing with, and practical ways to make the problem smaller and find a next step.

These strategies can help with ambiguous assignments, open-ended problems, and those moments when your brain is giving you little more than, “I have no idea where to start.”
