A new year presents an opportunity for change, but few of us stick with resolutions. In this session, we question traditional goal-setting and offer learners ways to refine their approach to setting and reaching goals. We’ll discuss how to use habits and routines to enhance persistence. The session wraps up with concrete tools for building healthy, sustainable habits for academic success.
